Neuroscientists at Queen’s University in Canada recently did some groundbreaking research about thinking.  They have discovered that we have about 6,200 thinking chains a day and a staggering 80% of thoughts are negative and 95% of thoughts are repetitive. The research found that it is a continuous cycle, and your brain is believing these thoughts. This breeds pessimism and negativity, resulting in limiting beliefs about yourself.
